Los Leones in Mexico: Decision for the Vision

Decision for the Vision
On Friday morning, the Leones ( a multi-graced ministry team) left for Cd Mante to arrive early for a fellowship amongst some of the Church families at a brother’s house. The Mission of this trip was “Making a Decision for the Vision”, Willy, Riley and Nick drove through Reynosa but before then they picked up Oscar, from Rio Bravo. The road trip was one with no hindrances whatsoever- praise God. The men arrived in Cd. Victoria for a late lunch and added more Leones,-Carlos, Juan Antonio and Ricardo. The ride to Mante was a blessed one and they arrived at about 5pm. The plan was for the men to fellowship and spend the night at the Ranch. While visiting, the men were able to enjoy a cool evening and a chance to see the agricultural and ranch land of Mante. It was a great time!
On Saturday morning the service in Mante began at 10am with many people in attendance. The Church in Mante enjoys praise through upbeat songs with the sounds of accordion, guitar, drums, booming bass and vocals. The service went well in which several of the Leones and the local members shared some wisdom and life experiences regarding life decisions that have affected their vision. The fellowship was great and it got better with some local cuisines that only Mante can offer-a great time indeed! The men then loaded up and drove an hour north to Voz Campesina where Service #2 would be held. As usual, the people were waiting and the team didn't waste any time setting up and starting the service. Again, the sounds of Praise were loud in that building and the people rejoiced! Willy then ministered on the importance of having a vision for their lives and for the local church. The service ended and the men said their goodbye and they set their focus on Cd. Victoria as some of them were going to be part of a Movie Night at church.
Sunday was a day in which the men enjoyed a great time of fellowship during breakfast as they discussed the assignment at church that morning. They arrived at church early as Willy and Riley joined the praise team and Nick and Oscar were busy in fellowship with the Body. The praise through song and dance was evident that morning as the songs of praise echoed beautifully in the sanctuary. The service went well and the people rejoiced as they hugged and greeted one another. Before the service ended a young lady named Daniela received Jesus as her Lord and Saviour. Willy had the young ladies, Sachel, Vanessa and Cielo lead her to Jesus and then prayed over her-Praise God!
The Mission was accomplished and the Leones rejoiced all the way home and continued to talk about what the Lord had done.
